All prices displayed on this Site are indicative and subject to confirmation. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer for sale.

Submitting a quote request via our website, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a purchase order or a binding contract. All quote requests are subject to:

• Product availability and lead time confirmation

• Final pricing including applicable taxes (including UAE VAT at the prevailing rate), shipping, and handling charges

• Terms of payment and delivery as specified in the formal quotation

A binding agreement is formed only upon our acceptance of your purchase order following our formal written quotation, or upon your written acceptance of our quotation, whichever occurs first. Each formal quotation is valid for the period stated on it; if no period is stated, it is valid for 14 calendar days from issue.

We reserve the right to decline any quote request or purchase order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, export-restricted, or where credit checks are unsatisfactory.

Payment terms are stated on each formal quotation and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or US Dollars (USD) as stated on the quotation

• UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate applies to taxable supplies and is shown separately

• Payment is due in advance or as per the credit terms stated on the quotation

• Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment

Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as permitted under UAE law. We may suspend deliveries or withhold orders where any amount due remains unpaid.

Delivery terms (including Incoterms where applicable) are stated on each formal quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control

• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point or carrier

• The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage, or non-conformity within 7 calendar days of delivery

For export orders, the buyer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and compliance with import regulations in the destination country unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. We pass through the benefit of manufacturer warranties to the buyer; we do not provide additional warranties beyond those stated in our formal quotation.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, all other warranties, conditions, and terms implied by statute or common law are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Returns are accepted only with our prior written authorisation, for goods that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Specially sourced, cut-to-length, or customised items are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking charge as stated at the time of authorisation.

Where products are described as certified (for example ATEX or IECEx), the applicable certificates and documentation are provided with the formal quotation or delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the selected product is suitable for its intended application and installation environment, and that installation is carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable standards and local authority requirements.

Certain products may be subject to export control or sanctions regulations. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where supply would breach applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, technical data, and software, is the property of Allied Industrial Solutions F.Z.E or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their display does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

This website, these Terms, and any disputes arising from their use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman and the Federal courts of the UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are prepared in English. If a translation into Arabic or any other language is made available, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law, except where a UAE court or authority requires the Arabic text to prevail.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
